Oh yes. Played a few games on it, too. The advantages of Sega's Dreamcast are twofold:

1) It blows away Nintendo 64 and Playstation, currently the two front-runners.

2) It's here now, as opposed to the sweet-smelling vapor of Playstation II.

On the other hand, I believe Dreamcast's hardware specs fall short in comparison to PS2. Also, Sega has always had to play second banana (or in this case, third banana) in the game console market. This has held true with every console they released, from the Sega Master System, to Genesis, to Saturn.
