Thanks Gary: You saved me from listening to that part of it again. Finding parts to relisten to on the recording is a real bummer. Maybe one day they will add a counter like VCR's and tape decks have.

Today is shaping up to be a monster volume day. NYSE will likely exceed 1B and Nasdaq should do around 1.2B.

Please excuse me if this is old news, as I have been travelling and don't want to search old posts.

In February 1999 and March 1999 the company sold 1,800,000 and 1,300,000 of it's NITE shares in a secondary offering. The company sold it's remaining 1,103,926 shares to DWEFS in a private sale on May 27, 1999. At May 31, 1999 the company has no investment in NITE.

This would certainly explain much of the weakness.
