Right on Mike: I don't see how buying SUNW is going to change your scenario very much. SUNW sells hardware. Whether MSFT, a purveyor of software, gets slapped by the judge or not won't change your scenario one iota. IBM's opting for corp. wide implementation shows that this is the operating system of choice in the corporate world. I believe W2k will run just fine on SUNW servers. JFD
