Yeah.

The daytrading mode is all I concern myself with though. I happened to get a call from a Palm Beach Pattern Trader who figures the day resembles Monday, like we discussed before. So I assume that the read is still the same, Sell the early Rally and tighten up stops as the day moves on.

Where the market is at any given point and time does not change the pattern, if it's the right read.

In other words, it could Open at 1360 and rise to 1370 and decline or it could open at 1330 and rise to 1334 and decline....same pattern.
