Freddie --- Came by to check and see how the thread made the day ..... You want to leave NY .... don't blame you .... ggggg as it so happens ....(said the spider to the fly) ..... the place I've been working on the past few days painting, laying tile, etc would be ideal for you ..... originally built for a Campbell Soup Yankee when the plant was opened here about 35 yrs ago .... his wife left him and my folks bought the house couple of years after it was new......... 3550 ft sq with 450 ft sq attached garage (4000 ft slab)...all brick veneer exterior ... asphalt 3tab shingle roof appx 6 yrs old .... LR , DR, Kit/dinette, Family Room, Sun Room, 3 BR, 2 Bath, Cent H/A 2 Fireplaces .... lot is appx 100x125 ...... It is a very nice house with several trees over 75 ft tall .... probably 10 trees total .. all mature 40 ft and up .... fenced with small fenced area for dog ..... patio .... I've laid appx 1200-1400 ft of tile .... both baths, kit, DR, SunRoom, and all hallways.... I've not listed it yet as my sis and I still have to clear out all the furnishings ..... and I'm getting ready to lay new carpet in the rest of the house that isn't tiled .... ALL THIS CAN BE YOURS .... for 110-115k range ---- taxes appx 3500 year util appx 3000 year insurance appx 1000 year 10 blocks to elem school, 3 blocks to middle school, 3 miles to high school, 6 blocks to community college and only 10 blocks to ME ..... heehehehe AND only 100 miles to the DALLAS STARS ....... LOL
