Is it unrealistic to think they pumped the price up here on purpose, knowing the shares would be tied up during transfer? Meanwhile, they are shorting the hell out of whats left.

It traded high yesterday, sold off some (shortselling) recovered a bit (pause in shortselling). All this why the average shareholder is helpless to sell his own shares. They will take this price down, and make everyone feel like they need to dump before it goes to zero again. When it gets to the bottom, they cover and walk away with all your equity..........

It is a vicious cycle, and they almost always win.

This stock will be below a buck before the end of November IMHO

That is unless a shell is worth 6.8 million (1.7 million shares x 4.00)

Maximum_Gain, hoping you all get the best return you can.

Barbara: The Transfer Agent for TPI is Equity Transfer Services Inc.

If you have access to any Bloomberg terminal, you can get this on page 2 of TPIID's description page.

This is also where I obtained the info on the 1 for 25 reverse split.

Hope this helps.
