I saw some pretty large blocks of 45,000 65,000 and 100,000
shares go off at the bid at the end of the day. Is that
a bullish or bearish signal? Are the MM's loading up? I
hope so.

Agreed on UIS. In fact many of the software companies are still near their lows. I like UIS, IMRS, PSFT and APLX etc. They have been out of vogue but not for long. Sector rotation will come back into this group with a vengeance sooner or later. Major buying should begin in December and peak throughout January. I see at least a 50% for all of these stocks by then.
