I think that means that Schwab must have been using alternate servers, which for reasons I don't quite understand are unable to access info on recent IPOs. Same thing happened during their recent outages. M2

Nixon got it right...Schwab was making mods all last week which caused massive outages, promises to fix by Mon, then more problems this wk, including no RTQ for ipo's (if you think these ipos are risky, try trading blind with no L2, no RTQ, nada)...same for today for a few select secs.
