Pat babes, I ordered a PIII 500, 128mb DRAM, 13.6 GB hard drive, 17" Trinitron, 32mb nvidia tnt2 graphics card, 8x DVD, v.90 PCI Datafax Modem & 250mb zip built-in. The ETA is 11/8/99, they told me it would take three days longer because I am using Dell $ to pay a portion of the PC. So much for a memory shortage! Dell is must be kicking butt. The sales guy told me they are busy as can be. The last PC I bought (as a Christmas present for my sister-in-law) was ordered on 12/16/98 at 10PM and shipped on 12/17/98 at 11PM. So I guess they are busier now than at last Christmas. :o) Drew
