Good name for a pet.

I consider many pets as saints--being well-rewarded in their current incarnations for past lives of good service to mankind. My dogs (Das Oops) and cat (Luna) are more highly evolved beings than many people I know (myself included).

"Sadly, he has cancer in his nose."

Was he a smoker or a snorter?

Oh, how awful for the poor creature! Is it treatable? Is he too old or frail for treatment?

My buddy Useless died of colon cancer. He was at least 18--a stray, so the dating had to be imprecise--and too frail to be treated, although we had dealt with diabetes and with hypothyroidism in the later years.
