Ron, Tom seems to be saying merely that Mr. Grey and he have not come to terms. It is not that Iain Grey is waiting for the FLOAT to dry up first. There are so many things inter-connected that it's not as simple as our getting from them $1,000,000 for a buyback. Things like eSafe are involved, and this presents a negotiating challenge.

<OT> I am closing down the share count since it has been over 24 hours.

Total count is 760,026 held by 22 shareholders for an ave. of 34,557 per shareholder. Well above my individual holdings.

We have all kinds of people holding, all walks of life. Some hold less than 5K and a few more than 100K.

Now this is just a very small sample. I know of at least this many shares held by my friends on the SI board many months ago...and understand some continued and continue to add.

My guess....online investors hold approx. 3-4M shares at least. Just a guess. Hard to extrapolate from such a small sample.
