Additive, yes, but not until 2H '00. It will hurt earnings by 2 cents in the coming quarter (not counting the $100mm+ write off) and will be neutral in 1H '00. And when you're talking about a year from now, I think that management is only doing a little better than guessing.

I really thought that the market would sell off EMC a little more after that conference call, but then again, I am biased when the DGN acquisition is concerned, for sure.
