In my post #117 I pointed out that a very savvy and customer-oriented broker once pointed out to me that a reverse split almost always is prelude to a big decline in the stock price.

In #189 I predicted that we can now watch the value of our pre-split stock slide to perhaps 2 cents a share, giving Jarvis and Hislop the opportunity to sell themselves massive amounts of stock at virtually no cost and reduce the percent of the company owned by other shareholders to virtually nothing.

But I didn't foresee the slide of the new shares toward 20 cents a share going quite this quickly. Wow, talk about the reverse split being a smart move by Jarvis and Hislop!!! And ain't WE the savvy investors!! NOT!!

Remember Dennis Birch's "Resource Stock Digest" and the glowing write-up in the "Natural Contrarian"? Boy, did they ever tip us off to the "deal of the century"!!!

Hopefully, we learn---even though the tutoring is expensive.

Best regards,

Hickory
