I find that in my area DSL and cable both seem to offer similar services with cable being a little slower but DSL costing a touch more, however it seems that they are both growing at almost the same rate, and I think that once you have iether you could never go back, it is easier usually to get dsl it seems because you deal with a phone company you are already doing business with and most phone companies seem to offer dsl now

Good luck to everyone
Chad

Tec. Wow. A split. That was quick. Like I said: The answers to the split questions looked sheepish. gg. Our guys knew what the shareholders wanted. The applause was loud enough every time the question came up. Now I know where everyone vanished to so fast. We were still watching todays stock moves on the cpts while they passed us by. Well, there goes your bet on the split anyhow. I am sure glad I did not bite. gg. I felt pretty confident there would be a split. Hey. But have a good dinner this weekend and think of me. Now with more shares, the stock better just go up and up. Ugh.

Yes. Even Dell was up. And, Amzn gained about 3 in the last cpl of minutes. Still glad that I sold half of my position the other day. Perception. Could be a little while before it goes back to its old high.

I got to run.

Sonny

<However, many analysts, and a lot of big money, are, unfortunately, not of our persuasion.>

EXCUUUUSE...ME

After following this thread for a year or more it is my considered opinion that if you want a good analyst update on AOL then you better check in right here. They happen to reside right here on SI:

Dep, C. Garcia, Annette, Vendit* (the big V-man), Sonny,
C.Nelson (where are you?), Doug H., and even impristine!

We are the giant killers. Apache, Steeny, Bald Man, Donny Brasco, are in the dust.

Remember, we knew we didn't need to buy a cable company for fast access. Check them crying the blues at the AT&T thread.

Here's to the AOL champions who brought us the first really new capital formation business model of the century! These guys are real strategists and can look beyond the next 3 month period. I am awed.

Please help me update the list. Especially for the party Dep is having in her suite of rooms at next year's shareholders meeting (pick a hotel that takes pets). Heck, by then we will all be able to afford a suite of rooms!

The everfaithful and humbled Rascal the cat.

*Vman, love that ISLD.
