John. do you ever look at the gasonics message board on Yahoo? There was some talk over there about one of mattson's 300m tools being recalled from Siemens. In your opinion, is this really a fact and if so; does it mean any thing other than the way the kinks are worked out of new technology for the industry. I would appreciate it, if you could take a look and tell me what those posts mean! If you can help, maybe some day I'll take you for a ride in my Mattsonerati! just kidding, its a LamRover! steve

John or Ian, I'll admit to not listening to the conference call (shame on me), but I had a couple questions. Since MTSN is very strong in Strip in Taiwan, can they get either TSMC or UMC to look at their CVD tool? Is this even a priority for MTSN at this time? I would sure like to see them get a bigger chunk of the fastest growing semi sector. Did Brad have any comments on Epi, esp. w.r.t. the half-finished single wafer system they got from Concept? Nick
