HLIT has shares, not cash. They have to do the deal with shares.

Well, most companies would have done it that way, but we are talking about CUBE here . . . a bunch of dumb-asses. Of course, it could go the other way, and if HLIT skyrockets, we will be singing CUBE's praises . . . counting our dough . . and wishing we hadn't been saying such mean things. But this is a BIG risk for CUBE, and little risk for HLIT.
