Jeff, this was a very time-intensive process. I am very aware of what you noticed, but I shudder at the thought of weeding through each and every one. I was just trying to winnow the list down to something reasonable, and it was a good bet to me that if debt/equity (as defined by the common databases) were greater than 50%, then it likely was not going to be a true 2/3 net net when all was said and done. It's not easy to screen for net nets using what's freely available on the web - which is the purpose of my screen, with the emphasis on free. Good investing, Mike
