TOS.... * Use Silicon Investor for the transmission of junk mail, spam, chain letters, advertising or unsolicited mass distribution of e-mail. If you told people about your new venture, you violated the policy. I was not around this thread, but if you posted about it, the case can be made you are using SI to advertise your venture. Fairly black and white. Also, do you believe it is ethical to pitch a stock, whether you were compensated or not after you have purchased the stock ? Remeber, the point of pitching the stock would be so other people would buy it and you would sell your stock into their buying. Do you believe it is ethical to do so?
