HLIT - it's a great feeling when you're able to catch something like it this low... great potential. It could be rocky in the next few days with ideas floating around... I liked the deal (Divicom) since I was in CUBE before and if they're gonna bring $200 million in revenue to HLIT's projected $300 million next year what more can you ask. It's almost laughable how "transparent" it all became: the backlash, the innuendos, the downgrades... driving the stock down. When their coffers are full of scared HLIT shares on the shakeout...they all became mysteriously enamored once more: 1. Princeton, New Jersey, Oct. 28 (Bloomberg Data) -- Harmonic Inc. (HLIT US) was reiterated ''strong buy'' by analyst Kevin Slocum at SoundView Technology Group. 2. Princeton, New Jersey, Oct. 28 (Bloomberg Data) -- Harmonic Inc. (HLIT US) was reiterated ''strong buy'' by analyst Blaine Carroll at SG Cowen. 3. Princeton, New Jersey, Oct. 28 (Bloomberg Data) -- Harmonic Inc. (HLIT US) was reiterated ''buy'' by analyst James E. Jungjohann at CIBC World Markets Inc. 4.Princeton, New Jersey, Oct. 28 (Bloomberg Data) -- Harmonic Inc. (HLIT US) was reiterated ''buy'' by analyst Robert V. Tango Jr at SunTrust Equitable Securities. 5.Princeton, New Jersey, Oct. 28 (Bloomberg Data) -- Harmonic Inc. (HLIT US) was raised to ''strong buy'' from ''buy'' by analyst Seth Spalding at CE Unterberg Towbin. The 12-month target price is $85.00 per share. The price valuation has something to do with it for sure but they're all salivating with the potential revenue growth going forward. That's why I watched it all day for a buy signal and nibbled at 49, Message 11734679 and got in deeper(for me) at 49 3/8 a couple hours later. It must be good since we both like it. <g> Cheerio Young Lady! SF PS: Did you see the largest individual holder (discounting insiders)? Jeff Vinik, he of the old Fidelity Magellan fame... Peter Lynch's successor... he owns more of it than the whole FMR as an inst.freerealtime.marketguide.com
