Here are few reco's GNET included:

Deutsche Banc Alex Brown raised its rating on MBNA Corp (KRB) to "Strong
Buy" from "Buy," citing the company's high quality, valuation, and
earnings visibility. Prudential raised Go2Net (GNET) to "Strong Buy" from
"Accumulate" on solid FY99 4Q results.

Merrill Lynch downgraded Echostar Communications (DISH) to "Accumulate"
from "Buy" on valuation, and issued a new price target of $71. Merrill
also lowered its rating on Open Text (OTEX) to "Neutral" from "Buy" and
cut FY00 earnings estimates following the disappointing FY00 1Q earnings
release.

Salomon Smith Barney cut Roberts Pharmaceutical (RPC) to "Neutral" from
"Outperform" on price. The firm also lowered its rating on Fox
Entertainment (FOX) to "Outperform" from "Buy," noting limited upside for
the stock in the near term.

PaineWebber lowered Providian Financial Corp (PVN) to "Attractive" from
"Buy," citing price. PaineWebber likewise downgraded American Express
(AXP) to "Neutral," adding that AXP faces risks such as competition in
the credit card business and slowing asset growth. ING Barings
downgraded BF Goodrich Co (GR) to "Hold" from "Buy," noting management's
expectations for flat earnings in 2000.
