Credit where it is due - you hit the earnings number on the nose.

Shareholder Equity is not $6, though, the number you quoted was inclusive of liabilities. The net is $237m - unchanged from last quarter - close to four bucks.

Let's keep in mind that shareholder equity gives no account whatsoever to the fair value of the current product line and existing goodwill. As such, shareholder equity is pretty much a meaningless figure.
