rap, the willaims% has only been below the -50 line for a few weeks.

I like to see it on the floor for a few months then rise quickly over -50 , that is numero uno clue for a spike. Check out FCM a few months ago as a good example.
One reason for the decline is a lot of investors think it is due an "e" ? in fact it is not due til next year because it had a symbol change from USAS and that is the one that decides its date.
