Message for Daphne....

Daphne, since you have told me you read this thread and I have
been having a hard time getting ahold of you, perhaps you can
send me a private message, E-mail me, or phone me (I resent you
my number).

I'd like to post the message you sent me with the members of this
thread so they can see what a swell job you are doing. If you
recall, in you letter to me you discussed the private placement which
is to happen (what's taking so long), the analysis work going on with
Lithium and the other "Analyitical Processes" we discussed. Also, you
told me how, even though Father Gregory had made an offer to
finance the company, you wouldn't accept a deal with him.

I presume you have no problems with my posting this letter and
also summarizing the phone conversation we had.... this is why I've
been trying to call you.

So.. could you get back to me and let me know if this is OK ?? I think
it would be great info to share with the readers on this thread...
You have my phone number....

Paul

P.S. anyone know how to paste a word document here ??

Paul:

If you would like to check the public records then you will find that the last options granted were at $.80 Canadian. It does not make a lot of sense to be cashing in $.80 Canadian options at this level. Secondly, each week Naxos receives a record from the transfer agent of who have sold shares - the majority of volume on the sell side came from the Father Gregory camp.

Regards,

Kim W. Brasington
