Paul i think BC is in the process of economic turn also. A bit a go a target date for improvement was about eight to ten years, with the change in politics many are now forcasting two. I'm glad about Quebec because Calgary was building very rapidly partially due to corporate concerns of Quebec. Those concerns caused inflation housing wise . I am seeing somewhere around six years and full fledged inflation and bizarre interest North America tho i have not yet compiled all the past history I need.
