JK, how have you been? Well I hope...it's been a while.

Regarding SFE's portfolio IPO's. I did *NOT* participate in the USIT IPO, although I was fully on board with the ICGE offering. Though I did believe USIT would be successful, I did not sense the *buzz* that ICGE's IPO generated, a buzz that in some respects will be replicated with Pac West's IPO this fall, and I had better alternatives available at that time for putting my capital to work.

So in short, yes, I will participate in this upcoming IPO and I will certainly participate in the eMERGE Interactive IPO. Both of these are expected to do quite well. My concern at this point is how do I have $$$ left over to buy more SFE!!!

They can't; there's not enough authorized shares. They've announced they'll ask for shareholder authorization of more shares (for that very purpose) at the annual meeting next year; and of course they shouldn't sell off, as investors have the preceding info.
