What company are you talking about?

Finding a non-reporting microcap that is doing more than a token amount of business with a large cap would indeed be something to look into and confirm if possible. It would not be something to tout on the internet just because you made a call to the company and someone there told you that. Did you learn anything when you were touting ABFG? Do you remember any of the many things they told you that never came true but you reported to the thread. If you did learn anything what was it?

I remember you saying that you learned things when you got stuck in LTGL and that you wouldn't fall for anything like that again and then talking about averaging down in the same stock less than a month later.

Not necessarily. Do you remember a company called Systems of Excellence (symbol was SEXI on Nasdaq)? They put out press releases saying they were doing deals with Sprint, John Hopkins Hospital, Allied Signal just to mention a few big names. It was a complete scam and it went on for months. Press release after press release with recognizable names like Sprint being used as companies which SEXI was doing big deals with. Sometimes this company would put out 5 press releases in one day.

Anybody can say they are doing something. It's up to the investor to find out if it's a lie or not. Obviously outfits like Business Wire don't check anything for accuracy as we have seen from the kind of crap they accept as press releases.

If you are going to be promoting companies on the basis that they have business dealings with big companies you better make sure they are not lying to you. As the promoter you may have to answer to the courts when the regular investor ends up losing his butt. Many promoters before you have had to give up all their worldly possessions because they didn't verify that the information they were given was in fact true.

Fatt Matt did a good school project on the unethical side of the stock market. I'd like to suggest you do one on stock promoters who have had to pay huge fines and do jail time for doing exactly what you plan on doing. It might save you alot of hassle. I can give you a few names to start with if you like. I don't know if they'll agree to talk to you though because who wants to talk about why they went to jail for just being a stock promoter?
