...like what facts? ...the fact right now is if this deal stands they are getting a flaming steal on their Divi purchase. I said on this thread earlier this year that Divi.com could have been a Billion $$ IPO this year and some people laughed at me. Looks like I was dead nuts on. Now look at this...they're doing a taxable spin of the semi biz...why didn't they spin Divi.com and bit the bullet on Taxes,,, I mean shit look at this crap like SCMR, ATON, FDRY, etc... look at the type of IPO they COULD have had!!!! Instead they send their number nine hitter up to the plate...or is it their third string receiver with one good eye and 3 broken fingers..and a bad toe??
