Hi Claude. I hope everything is well with you. The legal thing has become a legal thing, they are now taking the BC Gov to court and have ceased negotiations. I guess the Clarke thing just caused everyone in the ministry to "sidestep" the issue during his prolonged decline. Thats my understanding anyway. The result is that they have filed for court date and are moving forward. In the meantime Coiron will be drilled January. I personally sat down with John Ostler last month for about 3 hours and went thru all of the IP. It is a truly impressive structure. The size is definetly "elephant" and the content is unknown!!<gg> the Chief
