U.S. Company Introduces Biometric Authentication Products to China SHANGHAI (Oct. 27) XINHUA - Identix, a leading U.S. biometric authentication technology developer, and ZKSoftware, a major Chinese software company, have signed an agreement to jointly promote biometric authentication in China. Identix will introduce various security products including fingerprint scanners. The two companies will establish a plant in the Pudong New Area of Shanghai, an emerging financial and trade zone, to produce biometric authentication devices.
