After listening to part of the conference call I think there are many more reasons to remain long (than to say goodbye):

1) Sales growth and business conditions look good & the ISSI business model is potentially set for profitability (>$23M sales with GP% heading up to 24%(current report quarter) on its way to 30%)

2) The customers mentioned, Motorola, Ericsson, Nokia all have a communications slant to them rather than being PC-oriented.

3) Their OEM pricing and business focus gives them a chance to raise ASP each quarter which along with new clients should help establish sales growth & profits and propel them higher.

4) The Taiwan IPO is slated for the "2nd half of 2000" as I heard it from the CEO. The lack of urgency seems to be based upon the strong semi upturn (presumably into 2001-2) that doesn't close the IPO window until after 2000.

ISSI's stock price may go down a little again (& if the market tanks one more time) but this stock should do well in 2000. IMO it more likely for this stock to triple to 18-20 (with additional upside) than it is for CY or IDT to triple to 70, 54 respectively.
