Comprehensive Health Systems Solution with Term of the Agreement of 15 Years

The Pan American Health System comprises a very busy community hospital in Miami, as well as an MSO (Management
Services Organization), a PHO (Physician-Hospital Organization) and a recently acquired major Managed Care Network in
