The last three days of October are supposed to be the start of the November effect. I believe there is a post several days ago of the seasonal strategy of going long the Value Line contract then. Today's looks to be another good breadth day of better than 2-to-1.

Terry:

"How will this affect Benkea's Health care REITs?"

Benkea bagged the HC REITs a few months back. I only offered those as examples of HIGH yielding REITs.

Terry have you noticed the New Homes sales report - 12% down but prices up 4% .

It fits in my scenario of a slowdown but some inflation which equals to STAGFLATION.

Still the market does not get it. <GG>

After such a period usually is followed by deflation similar to Japan, after their stock market bubble.

This just another report who validates the notion the we are in a bubble economy 100% dependent on the stock market.
