Can anyone tell me what are the requirements to get
IPOs from MWD online besides a minimal 100K balance?

I recently open an account with MWD but have yet got
a clear picture on this.

Now it is 8:35am PT, and my offering status is still "Confirmed". Guess my luck is out this time. So now I've 3 out of 9 IPO shares I asked at MSDW Online. Still pretty good. Anybody see their AKAM shares allocated?
