Doug and Lori built their business by offering fantastic prices and incredible customer service. For the last 4 years, Internet Diamonds has offered that same level of customer service to customers throughout the world>> James, I have watched this scenerio for a year now. I am still waiting for them to put some people with jewelry experience in their staff. It reminds me of AMZN. See Bezos never had retail experience.
