They are not aggressive, they are not hungry, their interests are not aligned with the shareholders in my opinion. They have received far too many low cost options than their performance has merited. That gravy train has turned them complacent, slow, and gave them no incentive to do anything more than just fiddle around. And its the shareholders fault for allowing them to remain in control. The true value of Pairgain will never be realized until the shareholders stop accepting the poor performance and hold the management accountable. That means a no vote on the options compensation package, a no vote on each and every director, and constant persistent pressure on these guys to perform. If we don't profit, they shouldn't either.
