Yes, Brander, I am entirely serious. Any calculus of Q4 earnings is based on closed door negotiations between VVUS and A/Z with regard to a) Italy milestone payment. b) disposition of pre-payments already received for future shipments, which, it appears, will no longer be shipped. This is not something an industrious analyst can track down through channel-checking, IMS data, inventory levels, etc. When Charlie O. asked LW on the CC whether they would be receiving Italy payment, LW wouldn't answer. If this information was disclosed at a later date, if not from VVUS, then perhaps from A/Z itself, without sharing the same information with shareholders, then that is selective dissemination. Of course, PW could simply be guessing. The confusion in the year-end numbers suggests a detachment and lack of interest which is telling.
