Looking at the launch manifest out of Baikonour, the next Proton user was Garuda/ACeS, a regional MSS provider and G* competitor; so this P failure will presumably hurts them a lot more than G*, which already has one Delta lined up for Decmeber and, if memory serves, a spare l/v in January.

No Delay . . .

Only Proton launches are on hold, pending investigation of the recent failure. There is no problem with the Soyuz.

Globalstar has done a great job of getting their satellites in orbit. Unfortunately, the Partners have not done their part in a timely manner. Apparently Mr. S couldn't get them to move any faster. "Soft Rollout" is a euphemism for no service.
