Manny: Info please... How many of these were there? (WE DO NOT HAVE ANY MORE CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURES.) Any 144 stock in the company and when will it start to trade? Is there any Pfrd. issued and what's the conversion if any. Current o/s is at what today if you have it... and the Float/total What IYO. would be the total of all stock issued todate, Can I have the name and phone number of the TA, and will they confirm the totals.
