I had Papajohn pizza last night. :)

PCES - Papajohn and Whale Securities together have
over 80% of the shares. Actually I personally know
where another 500,000 shares are. That leaves 1mil
in the float and certainly that is gone.
The question is when will the merger happen.
Last summer some said a deal could be several months ahead. This could take awhile, though the time seems ripe now IMO.
