John, the terms of the financing is obviously stifling MRKR's stock price. Interest won't pick up until the termination of the "incubation" period that has been imposed on MRKR has lapsed. Your $2-$3 estimate is conservative if the Co. were sold today. If they are successful over the next year, the price would naturally be higher. I didn't spend the hours required to complete a proper price comparison of this stock to its peer group. If you can find a listed stock in the same sector with similar ratios, the MSN site would be excellent for providing you with an estimate: moneycentral.msn.com Sergio
