Jake and Donny,

I said "was" in trouble and that was in reference to Q3. I would say that there are only two scenarios for what happened in Q3 and neither is flattering for NITE's managment.

1) KP still thought in mid-Sept that they could make $0.35 by making up for the first 2 1/2 months in the last two weeks. Not a very reassuring business model.

2) KP just didn't know the true extent of NITE's problems at the time. Not a great display of communications within the company, but it gives KP the benefit of the doubt.
