"So then Paul by the power of His will suffers to pay off his own sins ?"

YES! BUT you left out the MOST important part - suffer for MY NAME.

"Could Paul have said anything else being " Blinded by the LIGHT ""

YES! but it would probably not have made it INTO THE BIBLE! Many people have hardened their hearts instead of choosing to follow God. Why is that such a hard concept for you to grasp? What, you think; oh I'm not saved, I don't follow God, I never will; is factual? How does one become saved? THERE are "two ways" and only one right choice:
1.) they are shown God and then the choice is easy.
2.) they are given faith and with that faith they choose to follow God.
-just because I have faith does not mean I am saved.
-just because I see God does not mean I am saved.
((-There is only one path to whichever "way" you are given opportunity to experience... and that can be found in almost any Christian dogma. learn, repent, accept, preach, etc... often refered to as "steps to salvation".))

"Do men chose because they are saved
or
Do men get saved because they chose ?"

They choose to follow Christ and find out that in doing so they will be saved, if they chose to repent and follow his teachings. But its not the chicken and egg situation you seem to think it is.

...let me pose this to YOU:
If Satan was chosen to be the highest angel, how did he fall? Did God make him fall? Did he lose a gift that was given to him by God?
No, he used that gift and HE CHOSE to defy God.

As humans we also have been given this gift of Choice! If not by chosing how do we fall? Why does Rev. mention all those who do not KNOW as still having a special place that is NOT HELL? Did God let them exist simply to be punished? Or did He let them exist so that a) we would have someone OTHER THAN OURSELVES to help save (BY CHOICE). b) we would have example of what it is to not know and not have faith, so we could see that these two are great gifts. c) we would choose to do His will and become fishermen of all men. men who I would note you foreclude as being damned.
