Patience is the key to DRRA. Although the slide has been much steeper than anticipated, there have been some pretty heavy acquisitions of late. This will take time to assimilate, but if you look at the book value, the p/e and the historical down trend this time of year, it looks like a turn around should be due first quarter...and the turnaround has the potential to double today's prices.
