i sense the mkt is worried about abx's hedging...my understanding is that nem's hedging has been minimal, perhaps the mkt does not buy this...

it seems that the market assumes trouble here...

i think both are relatively overvalued, but i'd still allocate the bulk of any gold purchases to au/asa/harmony/gold/franconevada

abx is a good hedge against those ones, in that if the pog stays down, they may acquire some good mines el cheapo...

i was once told nem was overrated as a key gold holding, however , this was only one persons comment, no one on these threads who is a gold bug has negative things to say about nem...lots have about abx
