Accompanying the positive earnings report is news that insiders will be permitted to sell previously locked up shares beginning on Tuesday. There has been concern in the past that insider selling raises concerns about the state of JDS? business. We believe that the concerns are overdone, as the outlook looks great and that institutions will snatch any additional shares that hit the float.
