Hello JDN, I've been following this fuel cell area for a while and the current "leader" (IMHO, if there is one) is Ballard ... ballard.com If you visit their site, you'll see that they have made huge progress, although they are still demonstrating "pre-commercial" versions of their products. It does seem to be getting closer, IMHO. Also, for those of you who didn't catch the article, the whole Solar industry is going through a revolution ... a recent discovery has more than doubled the output of solar cells ... cnn.com This takes the traditional output of ~15% to over 32% efficiency!
