As for the trading in Harmonic and Cube based on the exchange ratio, we should expect trading to deviate some from this ratio to account for the risk involved in the deal not going through. The question: why is the deviation so large? You're right. Very good question.

Along with providing chips for these deployments, Intel has been working behind the scenes to design these boxes, usually a task taken up by the manufacturers.
