Riechers: If a company was going for a takeover I presume they would try to buy the firs 5% on the open market. I realise the Paul Allen holdings are going to be a difficult obstacle to any takeover.

ENGA hits a new high on news of bannerless-advertising product...man this sector is HOT, but NETP is not really participating....if the other stocks keep going up so much and NETP keeps sitting there under $20, seems it would be hard for them to resist making a stock-offer for NETP....
