The corporate law firm that handles TPI is Snow, Becker and Kraus from NY city..... Should be easy enough to track down.. If anyone on this thread contacts them a good questiont o ask is why do all the insiders show that they holding only 600k shares on the company when filings on show they sold a couple of hundred thousand shares each out of their 1.5 million they started with ???? Also try and find the three losers role in the new company.... Try to push for as much data as possible... If you are a shareholder I would think you are entitled to this data and you can prove you are a shareholder.. I am not currently a shareholder so I can't press that issue....
