Yep, the rules have changed, I was just talking to Berney yesterday and the stochastics on the daily OEX are pointing up but if you look at the overall value during the same time period the trend is down. Quite a dichotomy.

Edit: BTW it is interesting to note that BS is up today 6.7%, now you can talk about turtles all you want but this is r e s p e c t a b l e!
